Aline Sommer-Noack
Aline Sommer-Noack is responsible for the development and implementation of educational programs at the European Institute for Neurodivergence. Her focus is on empowering educators, organizations, and families to deal with neurodiverse perspectives and potentials. She combines many years of experience in human resources management with systemic coaching and practice-oriented adult education. Her work focuses on how neurodiverse strengths can be made visible and effective in educational and organizational contexts. At the institute, she develops programs for teacher training, parent education, and organizational development, and works on networking education, science, and social actors in the field of neurodivergence.

Andreas Maximilian Nolte, M.Sc. (London)
Andreas Maximilian Nolte is the Vice President of the European Institute for Neurodiversity and an education politician with a focus on digitalization and artificial intelligence (AI). He advocates for stronger integration of neurodiversity at national and European levels. He developed a certifiable standard for implementing neuroinclusion in companies and public authorities. Andreas Maximilian Nolte is also a textbook editor and the scientific director of two compliance degree programs at a German university.
